The team is small but mighty, with a hands-on approach from the senior developer and CTO. As a Junior Full-Stack Developer, you will have the opportunity to work closely with these experienced leaders and have your code shipped to real users in just a matter of months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the full user-facing web application, including dashboards, reports, settings, and onboarding.
• Develop admin views for user management, configuration, and aggregate data.
• Implement supporting systems such as notifications, emails, and exports.
• Write tests for defined error scenarios.
• Collaborate with the senior developer and CTO on database schema design.
• Daily synchronization with the senior developer and review of pull requests on every merge.

Job Specifications:

• 1-3 years of professional development experience (internships and freelance projects included).
• Proficient in React (or Next.js) for the frontend and Python for the backend (experience with FastAPI is a plus).
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and ability to write queries, joins, and contribute to schema design.
• Active user of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as part of your daily workflow.
• Able to read specifications and independently ship features.
• Comfortable with shifting priorities and able to ask questions when unclear instead of guessing.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with FastAPI.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS and responsive design.
• Familiarity with authentication flows such as OAuth and JWT.
• Experience with creating dashboard or report-style interfaces.
• A portfolio or GitHub showcasing end-to-end projects.
