Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive buyer engagement and maximize product performance on the marketplace.
  • Curate luxury product assortments based on customer demand and seasonal trends, utilizing data insights.
  • Ensure catalog assets meet the highest standards of quality and design.
  • Partner with the CAD Creation team to manage technical file and pricing inputs.
  • Lead the rendering process to create high-quality images.
  • Implement taxonomy mapping for catalog enrichment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain a dynamic product assortment.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
  • Create competitive pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure catalog accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in merchandising or product growth in luxury retail or B2B platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with image processing and AI-driven design tools.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce systems and product information management.
  • Understanding of luxury buyer behavior and marketplace dynamics.
  • Proven ability to scale merchandising strategies in fast-paced environments.
