Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise product design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements
• Ability to simplify complex challenges and articulate design decisions
• Excellent communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
• A compelling portfolio showcasing high-quality design work
