As a member of the small, high-caliber team, you will have a real ownership of shaping the entire product experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the frontend team (currently 2-3 devs) while staying deep in the code
  • Own the entire frontend codebase (Angular 17+, TypeScript, Ionic/Capacitor, Firebase)
  • Architect reusable components and maintain a clean, scalable codebase
  • Turn Figma designs into responsive, performant, pixel-perfect UIs
  • Drive performance optimization and maintain testing strategy
  • Collaborate directly with backend, product, and design teams on a daily basis
  • Run weekly 1:1s, help unblock the team, and keep frontend velocity high

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3-4 years deep experience with modern Angular on high-traffic consumer platforms
  • Strong TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, or similar state management skills
  • Experience in cross-platform frameworks, ideally Capacitor/Ionic
  • Excellent feel for product and design
  • Performance optimization experience
  • Testing discipline and experience mentoring or leading small frontend teams
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills
  • Reliable internet and hardware, able to work โ‰ฅ35h/week with decent overlap with UTC+8 (Singapore time)
