As a key partner to Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leads, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic programs and enhance delivery predictability within the Engineering Foundations Organization. Responsibilities:

  • Drive creation, tracking, and communication of strategic quarterly plans with delivery teams
  • Manage program operations and lead complex, multi-stakeholder project management
  • Implement governance structures to manage risks and drive decision-making
  • Contribute to organization-wide initiatives to lessen operational burden of teams

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, project, or program management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Track record of driving process improvement and/or change management
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and mindset
