Aledade is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our AI Research Team and lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI experiments and products. As a key interface between strategic business owners and AI researchers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our AI initiatives align with business goals and deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the AI Research team to define and communicate a shared vision for the problem space, constraints, priorities, and ideal end-state.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize live user workflows and capabilities, leveraging user feedback and key metrics.
• Develop a deep understanding of requirements and perform thoughtful solution design using data and primary research.
• Write detailed user stories for new research initiatives, capturing business rationale, requirements, and success criteria.
• Create short- and long-term roadmaps for maximum value and minimal risk, with ongoing iteration.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS products.
• Experience leading the development of research, innovation, or incubation-stage projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum.
• Experience using data and research to inform solution design and build internal business understanding.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Background in healthcare data and processes, as well as Generative AI and Machine Learning.
• Experience in product management and strong leadership skills.
• Ability to independently execute complex queries and comparative analyses against relational databases.
• Knowledge of building secure and scalable data integration pipelines, including connecting to various healthcare data sources.
• Successfully launched and scaled an analytical or AI product, ideally in the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with EHR, physician-facing, or population health products and datasets.
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
