Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the needs of customers and identify opportunities for improvement
• Use data analysis to drive product decisions and prioritize initiatives that align with Wise’s mission
• Act as the primary point of contact for all data-related questions within the balance data structure domain
• Partner with Product Managers to set and monitor KPIs for new product features
• Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to gain deeper insights on customer behavior and pain points

Job Specifications

Essential:

• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using SQL and Python (or R)
• Ability to derive actionable insights from data and apply them to improve product features
• Strong influencing skills to build consensus and challenge the team for more efficient growth strategies
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Desirable:

• Experience in the FinTech industry
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques for predictive modeling
