Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train new and existing customers virtually
  • Proactively reach out to high-potential new customers
  • Identify at-risk and high-growth customers through research
  • Communicate effectively with customers via multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with Success and Sales teams for smooth customer transitions
  • Identify expansion opportunities and upsell to customers
  • Host and manage recurring office hours, group trainings, and interactive demos
  • Create FAQs, white papers, and videos to meet customer content needs
  • Communicate with customers through online community and helpdesk software

Job Specifications

  • Minimum 1 year of B2B SaaS experience
  • Frontline sales experience or experience with CRM/sales enablement tools preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Highly emotionally intelligent
  • Experience working in a startup, preferably in a remote setting
  • Physically based in the USA and proficient in English
