What you'll do every day:

  • Handle inbound tickets, live chat, and phone calls in both English and French
  • Assist customers with order status, production timelines, reprints, refunds, artwork issues, and account questions
  • Become an expert on the Printeez platform and provide guidance to customers
  • Onboard new customers through video calls and assist them in navigating the platform

What you need:

  • Fully bilingual in English and French, with professional level proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • 1-2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
  • Previous experience working remotely
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet workspace
  • Available Monday-Friday on a full-time basis (with the possibility of overtime during peak seasons)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in e-commerce or print-on-demand
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or RingCentral
  • A track record of handling high ticket volumes with consistently high quality
