Hi All,

Great to be on this platform. Quick into of Utlwala Sovereign Shield (Non-Profit) & Utlwala Tactical System (Pty) Ltd.

Utlwala was born out of a refusal to accept the status quo. In a country with 85 murders a day, where kids are raped, women are killed, and communities like Westbury and Eerste Revier are held hostage by terror, 85% of people know the perpetrators but stay silent out of pure fear. I could not, for the life of me, just stand aside.

I stepped away from a 22-year career in the BPO sector to build Utlwala (which means "Be Heard" in Setswana). We began with the Utlwala Sovereign Shield (our NPC)โ€”a zero-rated, zero-trace, 100% anonymous "Phygital" platform for victims and community watchguards. It is anchored by three core pillars: Protect, Heal, and Build. However, sustainable protection cannot survive on charity alone. This led to the birth of Utlwala Tactical Systems (Pty) Ltd. The commercial arm builds and licenses our sovereign technology suiteโ€”including Madi-Tota, the smart Earned Wage Access platform , as well as AI-driven enterprise BPO tools. The marriage between the two entities is simple: the Ptyโ€™s commercial success serves as the financial and technological engine that empowers the NPC to protect the voiceless.

I would like to get financial support to make this fight against a pandemic and terror we face in South Africa. Your support, guidance would be duly appreciated.

Regards,

Lebo Koloi
