This is the last — and most exclusive — of the private clubs we're building on the network. It exists for one reason: raising investment is hard, and you shouldn't have to figure it out alone.

You're here because you're raising, or you're planning to raise within the next 12 months. That's the only entry requirement — and it's enforced deliberately. Everyone in this room is going through the same process, which means the advice, feedback, and introductions you get here come from people who actually understand what you're dealing with.

This is a high-trust space. Pitch decks, financials, investor names, valuations, and strategies are shared openly here — which only works if every member treats everything with complete discretion. The confidentiality rule is absolute and non-negotiable.

What this place is for: pitch deck reviews, investor introductions, data room feedback, financial modelling, valuation discussions, due diligence questions, pitch practice, and sharing real outcomes from your raise.

What it is not for: cold pitching, service provider promotion, or anything that would make another member think twice before sharing something sensitive.

A few things to do right now:

1. Introduce yourself — your name, what you're building, your stage, what you're raising, and your target timeline

2. Read the rules — especially the confidentiality rule

3. Give before you take — find someone's pitch deck or raise update and leave them something genuinely useful
