About the Role

Trashset Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Director—Healthcare with a strong international network and proven experience in the healthcare technology sector.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, with established relationships across hospitals, healthcare organizations, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, government agencies, healthcare technology providers, and international procurement organizations.

The primary responsibility will be to bring new healthcare projects, enterprise partnerships, government contracts, and international tenders to Trashset Technology and help expand our presence in global healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure healthcare software development and technology projects.

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, insurers, and government institutions.

• Identify and pursue international healthcare tenders and procurement opportunities.

• Generate qualified business opportunities and convert them into long-term contracts.

• Build strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations in the USA, Canada, Switzerland, and other international markets.

• Represent Trashset Technology in business meetings, industry events, and strategic negotiations.

• Work closely with our technical and management teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and tender submissions.

• Develop and execute international healthcare business development strategies.

• Achieve measurable revenue and project acquisition targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare business development, sales, partnerships, or consulting.

• Strong professional network within the healthcare industry.

• Existing connections with hospitals, healthcare providers, government agencies, insurers, or healthcare technology companies.

• Experience in securing or contributing to international healthcare projects and tenders.

• Strong understanding of healthcare IT, digital health, telemedicine, AI, EHR/EMR, or healthcare software solutions.

• Experience working with organizations in the USA, Canada, or Switzerland is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Proven ability to independently generate business opportunities and bring projects to the company.
