Customers are increasingly asking ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Claude which business they should choose.

That creates a problem for business owners: how do they know whether AI recommends them—or consistently chooses their competitors?

I built AI‑Tracker to measure this.

It creates 20 realistic customer questions based on the business, industry and location, without naming the business in the initial questions. It tests those questions across ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, producing 60 measured responses.

The report shows:

• Whether the business was recommended
• How often it appeared first
• Which competitors were selected
• Why competitors may have been chosen
• What the business should improve next

Unlike simple brand-prompt tests, this measures whether AI independently selects the business.
