Hello, I am Kelechi Ukandu, the Director of KU Consultations LTD, a Safeguarding Training and Consultancy. It is nice to join the StartUp Network community, and I look forward to learning from you all. I am still Starting Up, and after working full-time in the public sector, I felt that many children, marginalised and minority communities' voices were not heard, and therefore systems and policies did not reflect the needs of safeguarding and protection.

This is where my company's vision came from, to drive systemic change by developing training and undertaking independent child death reviews to provide local and national recommendations.
