Hi everyone! I'm Stephan, the founder of Adriva Global, a Sri Lanka-based business process outsourcing (BPO) company focused on helping businesses streamline their operations and grow more efficiently.

At Adriva Global, we aim to help businesses reduce operational workloads and improve productivity through reliable, flexible, and cost-effective outsourcing solutions. Our services include administrative support, back-office operations, customer support, data management, and virtual assistance, with the flexibility to adapt to each client's specific needs.

We're particularly interested in working with small and medium-sized businesses in the UK and Australia that want to scale their operations, free up valuable time, and access dedicated support without the overheads of traditional in-house hiring.

As we grow Adriva Global, I'm looking forward to connecting with fellow founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, and potential partners who share an interest in building sustainable businesses and exploring mutually beneficial opportunities.

I'm always happy to connect, exchange ideas, discuss potential collaborations, or explore how we might help each other's businesses grow.

Looking forward to being part of the community and getting to know everyone!

Welcome Stephan! Good to have you here.

I can see how outsourcing can be a big help for smaller businesses that aren't ready to hire a full team yet. Are you finding that most of your potential clients are looking for general admin support, or are they coming to you with a more specific problem they need help solving?
