Hello from Pynk Worldwide, helping startups hire across borders

Featured Replies

Hi everyone,

I’m Sanju Mehto, co-founder of Pynk Worldwide (pynkworldwide.com), based in Gurugram, India.

What we’re building:
Pynk is a global hiring platform built around Employer of Record (EOR) services. If a company wants to hire someone in a country where it has no legal entity, we make that possible. The employee is onboarded, paid and kept compliant locally, without the company setting up a subsidiary.

We don’t try to own every country ourselves. We partner with vetted local EOR providers country by country, and we act as the single point of contact for the client across 160+ countries. Alongside EOR, we’re building global payroll, global mobility, HRIS and leave management, so international teams can run from one place.

Our core belief is simple: most companies only discover compliance problems after something goes wrong. We want to move global employment from reactive to predictive.

Looking for:

  • Founders who’ve hired internationally, to hear what was painful

  • UK, SEA, MEA, and European EOR, payroll or HR providers open to partnering

  • Advice on B2B go-to-market, plus intros to HR-tech or fintech investors

Happy to help anyone exploring international hiring.

Hey Sanju, welcome to the community! 😊

Love what you're doing with Pynk Worldwide. Hiring across borders can be tricky for startups, especially when it comes to finding the right talent. What inspired you to start Pynk? Would love to hear more about your journey!
