We've Been Posting for Months and It's Barely Bringing in Customers

We've been posting on socials for months now and honestly it's getting a bit frustrating.

Some posts get likes, a few people follow us, but when I look at actual sales it barely moves. We keep hearing that we need to be consistent, so we are. But how long do you keep doing something before admitting it's not working?

Are we posting the wrong stuff, on the wrong platform, or just expecting results too quickly? Would love to hear what's actually worked for other founders, especially if you were putting in the effort and getting basically nothing back.
