How do you manage a team spread across different time zones?

Our team is starting to become a bit more international. We've got someone in the UK, someone in Asia, and another person over in Europe.

It's exciting, honestly. We get to work with people we'd probably never have met if we were all in the same place.

But I'm starting to realise that working across time zones isn't quite as easy as it sounds ๐Ÿ˜‚

A quick question can turn into a half-day wait for an answer. By the time one person replies, someone else has finished for the day. Even trying to find a time for a team call can be a headache.

I'm curious how other founders handle this.

Do you just accept that things will take a little longer and rely on Slack, emails and shared documents? Or have you found a way to keep everyone connected without filling the calendar with meetings?

Would be interested to hear what's actually worked for people.
