Junior Graphic Designer

Reports To: Design Manager

Main Function: Create and design content for marketing campaigns, including brand projects, promotions, advertising, internal communications, and digital assets.

Stay up-to-date on design trends, shaping the brand through innovative visuals. Proficient in Adobe CC, with experience in motion/animation being desirable.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Relevant qualifications and/or work experience in Graphic Design

• Proficient in using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create content across all channels for the marketing team and business.

• Support the development of key campaign moments, ensuring designs work digitally and in-store.

• Stay informed on fashion, design and digital trends to help shape the brand.

• Support on creative projects, presenting options and responding to feedback.

• Post-produce photoshoot images and video content for digital and print.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas and meet business needs.

• Meet briefs and deadlines from across the business.

• Work with the studio and photography team on weekly digital content.

• Assist in developing and maintaining internal and external brand documents and templates.

• Maintain strong relationships with other departments, including Marketing, PR, VM, and eCommerce.

• Represent the brand and ensure designs follow the style guide

This role is offered on a hybrid working model (minimum of 2 days in the office, 3 days from home).
