About the Role
We’re seeking an exceptional Business Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and contribute directly to building a world-class business. You’ll be hands-on, solving problems, creating processes, and ensuring smooth operations for our sellers.

Key Responsibilities

• Seller Support: Manage day-to-day support tickets for our top e-commerce sellers, providing quick and efficient solutions to maintain excellent service.
• Operational Excellence: Investigate order-related issues, identify root causes, implement solutions, and design processes to prevent recurrence.
• Product Development: Analyse common challenges faced by sellers, propose innovative solutions, and collaborate with teams to enhance tools for sellers and internal operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Full-time availability for at least 3 months.
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and excel in a high-energy, fast-paced startup environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude with a track record of delivering results.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for problem-solving and decision-making.
• A collaborative team player who fosters a positive team spirit and is a pleasure to work with.
