CybrConnect Ltd is a UK-based digital services startup focused on empowering small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions. In addition to digital protection, we offer modern, scalable web design and hosting services tailored for growing businesses. Our mission is to make robust cybersecurity and a strong online presence accessible and affordable for every business.

We are in our early growth stage and are currently pending SEIS/EIS advance assurance to support future fundraising. As part of our journey, we’re seeking a driven and strategic Co-Founder to help lead and grow the business.

Role Description
This is a volunteer remote position for someone entrepreneurial and hands-on, ready to help shape and scale a startup from the ground up. 

As a Co-Founder, you will:
 
Lead business development and strategic growth
 
Drive customer acquisition and cybersecurity lead generation
 
Manage day-to-day operations and partnerships
 
Oversee marketing and branding initiatives
 
Support fundraising efforts, including SEIS/EIS and investor relations

Collaborate on product and service development strategy

You’ll work closely with the founder to set direction and ensure long-term success.

What We’re Looking For
 
Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally in cybersecurity or digital services
Knowledge or experience with SEIS/EIS fundraising or early-stage startup finance
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and written skills
Leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative and work independently
Passion for startups and helping businesses grow securely online
Understanding of or interest in cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS sectors

No formal degree required — we value experience, mindset, and motivation.
