The Community Ownership Fund

With a substantial total scheme size of £150 million, The Community Ownership Fund seeks to empower community groups to secure those assets that are in danger of moving out of community ownership. The fund was officially open from 12 July 2021, and applications will be accepted up until 11:59pm on 31 March 2025.

This initiative aims to provide financial support ranging from as low as £1 to as high as £2 million, making it an attractive prospect for eligible organizations.
