I ran across a good resource for those who have already started their business and have a permanent establishment in the UK. It's part of an investment scheme, and there's more than one that you can look into using. Each one has its own set of qualifications, so read the rules carefully. Unfortunately, I'm not there yet, but I thought I'd share in case it helps one of you.

Harper, do you think we might see more from them later? The team had a good idea, and unlike Theranos, their pitch was actually backed by science.

I've never heard of focusing on the founders. Do you have an example of a pitch that includes such a focus? I'd be interested in incorporating it.

I think the number one reason for their failure is that the market is already saturated with social media platforms. IRL offered nothing that's more unique or interesting than what's already out there.

I wonder how much money a startup could save by using AI, instead of a person, to sift through resumes? It must be significant. What's funny is that I hate trying to get my application through AI when I'm the candidate, but I'd probably love using AI when I'm the one hiring.

Thanks for sharing these tips! Sometimes I feel awkward in social settings, so it's something that I need to work on. I will apply some of your tips moving forward.

I would probably try to find a way of offering more, if it's a service, or I'd create something better, if it's a product. That way I'd stand out amongst the crowd. It's probably easier said than done, though.
