  1. Which social media platforms do you use to advertise your startup? Do you have any tips for building a strong community? One quick trick I've learned is to ask a question at the end of a post in order to encourage engagement. It works about 7 out of 10 times.
  2. All of the above, maybe? Narrowing my niche is something that I've always wrestled with, too. For instance, if I wanted to get into healthcare, that's an awfully broad market. So, I'd probably need to narrow down my focus into healthcare for children, or products for diabetes patients, or something similar. It's easy to do in theory, but much harder in practice. For me, at least.
  3. I've always assumed that the money is in the medicine that keeps you going, rather than a one-off cure. Maybe that's what made investors hesitant to pour more funds into the startup.
  4. As much as I enjoyed most of the content of this podcast, I believe the guest was too gung-ho about using AI. If you rely on AI to build your content, then you aren't being authentic. I think AI content is easy to spot and it hurts your brand.
  5. Hello! I'm Adam Gains from the UK. Childhood obesity is a major issue in my country and it's only getting worse. I should know. I was an overweight adolescent myself, and it caused countless problems for me in school (teasing) and with my health (high cholesterol at a young age). It took me a long time to learn how to eat healthy, exercise properly, and lose the weight. I want to help other children find the answers to good health while they're still young. To help them along, I created an app called On Your Mark. It allows children to gamify their fitness activities, by becoming either Hercules or Hygea, and working through daily skills and routines in the app. There's still work to be done with childhood obesity, and I hope to find a mentor who can help with my project.
