  1. Well, welcome aboard! I will be sure to check out everything about it, especially the workflow aspect. I've always felt I need help with that.
  2. I could see how it could take some time to vett just those five to know which is the best fit for your needs. I think it's great to have so many options.
  3. You have to be able to handle the emotional whiplash that comes with the territory. You have to be mentally strong and business savvy to really survive the start-up process. It's not for everyone.
  4. Some people are the same with hiking or jogging. With me, hiking frees up my cognitive functions, allowing me to think more clearly. It's a great way to start your work day.
  5. They should have taken the pulse of the public. Sounds like a bunch of kids thought it would be cool to make a pizza in a self-driving vehicle and turn the concept into a business. It just sounds like they didn't know what they were doing.
  6. I don't know if municipalities can regulate how small delivery or app based businesses become more "fair." But it's hard to believe that last-mile services haven't gone electric or hybrid. It's 2025.
  7. Does anyone use this option anymore for this purpose? On its face it seems like a sensible way to raise capital and such, but it seems so busy with so many people that I'm afraid I would get lost in the shuffle. What are some proven methods to getting noticed?
  8. Being a start-up mentor is a career choice all its own. The role is needed, no doubt about that, but it's a niche I personally could live with being a part of.
  9. I'm a step-by step kind of guy, so a person really does need to get the trademark name and registration done before anything else. Nothing else will work without those two.
  10. If a person is a leader by nature, they'll accept the risks and work around them. Many people don't have that ability, so they become employees. No shame in that, but people need to know their own strengths and weaknesses in this arena.
  11. All very helpful information! Thank you for that. I think the name is the most important piece of that puzzle. Between that, and how you want to be viewed by the public, those would be the building blocks I would use.
  12. The need for serving rural populations is widely known. The trick is to keep it profitable. Operating costs versus projected revenue is where the focus needs to be. Then, focus on where more funds can come from to allocate to the overall difference that puts the whole thing in the red. My 2 pence.

Hey there, Pretty good place you have here from the looks of it. As the title says, I'm a bit new to this and looking to learn as much as I can.
