  1. Most software businesses are better than their financial results suggest. Theyโ€™ve got a good product, a solid team and some traction - but they havenโ€™t nailed their business model. Revenue is lumpy, margins are tight, sales and delivery feel too manual. Thatโ€™s where I come in. I help software founders turn good businesses into high-performing, high-value operations. I focus on the commercial engine - pricing, packaging, product strategy, delivery, and recurring revenue and build the systems and structure that make growth repeatable. I've spent years running lean, profitable software portfolios. I know what great looks like. Most importantly, I know how to get t…

  2. I help founders build brand equity by connecting what the business does with what the market remembers. My work sits at the intersection of brand identity, brand positioning, and strategic decision-making. Where a companyโ€™s internal ambition finally matches its external perception. I do this because I realized that people who use "best practice" start sounding just like everyone else in their category. 95% of your market, is not ready to buy. Yet as marketers we are now reduced to performative actions focusing on squeezing that 5% to the point of fatigue. But if you build a memorable brand, everything is smooth once the committee decides they need what you sell. So yo…

  3. Hey everyone, Iโ€™m Mariann Forgacs, and I realised I should finally pop in and say hello ๐Ÿ‘‹ Iโ€™m the co-founder of Skillbot (https://skillbot.eu), an AI toolkit built to help small businesses punch well above their weight. Before that I spent 15+ years running BeSocial, one of Hungaryโ€™s first social-media-first agencies, so โ€œdigital Swiss-army-knifeโ€ probably sums me up: strategist, speaker, writer, community builder, and, lately, hopeless AI evangelist ๐Ÿค“ What Iโ€™m up to For three years Iโ€™ve been obsessed with demystifying AI for SMEs and solopreneurs. Weโ€™re a lean crew (just three of us!) shipping practical tools that automate the grunt work so founders can stay creative and…

  6. Hi, Iโ€™m Lydia, leadership advisor, masterclass host, and digital product creator. I help founders and people leaders build teams that stick, reducing costly turnover and creating cultures where people actually want to stay. Over the years, Iโ€™ve partnered with hundreds of leaders to tackle retention head-on: building trust, boosting team resilience, and scaling without losing top talent. Iโ€™ve led teams myself, so I know how challenging it can be to grow sustainably while keeping your best people engaged. Thatโ€™s why I created the Retention Roadmap, a practical system designed to help small businesses and startups reduce churn and lead with confidence. I believe great leader…

  9. Hi all, Nice to meet you, I'm Michael, I run theInterna - a platform dedicated to helping startups hire interns - see here. We're trying a different approach to hiring interns. We have a fundamental belief that CVs and LinkedIn work brilliant for the experienced hire, but not for interns. Via the platform, students build out their profile with an emphasis on skills, not experiences. Startups can access the platform and post internships as well as reach out directly to candidates on the platform. There are lots of job platforms out there from graduates and updwards but we're tackling the small niche that is internships in startups. So if you're a startup looking to hire y…

  11. Youโ€™ve built a business, made it through the chaos โ€” but now youโ€™re facing a new level of challenges? ๐Ÿ”น Youโ€™ve got the money, but the joy in the process is fading. ๐Ÿ”น Your mind is overwhelmed, yet you canโ€™t seem to โ€œlet goโ€ of work. ๐Ÿ”น Logically, everything makes sense, but inside โ€” thereโ€™s tension and doubt. ๐Ÿ”น It feels like youโ€™re stuck in the same repeating cycle. Iโ€™m a psychologist currently researching the internal barriers that stop IT entrepreneurs from feeling more free and at ease. I invite you to have a conversation: you share whatโ€™s bothering you, and Iโ€™ll help you uncover the hidden beliefs and internal blocks affecting your life and work. …

It's a pleasure to meet a bunch of business-minded folk. A little about me is that I'm a business owner in the Midlands of England. I have a lovely wife, named Marian, and three wee children who are full of energy. When I'm not working on my startup company, you'll find me rooting for the Notts County Magpies.

  13. Hi my name is Aditya, I'm currently a doctor (specialist doctor in Endocrinology & Diabetes) working in the NHS. Since the last couple of years, I have noticed the principal problem with current healthcare practice globally (having experienced healthcare systems in 3 different countries as a doctor) is that it has shrunken patients into a set of numbers. Too many guidelines, too many pathways and too many referrals for numbers, completely forgetting that a human being exists behind those numbers. At the outset, it will first seem like "safe practice" but once you get into the rigmarole yourself, you will see how frustrating this can get just bouncing around diff…

  14. Started by Hercules,

Hello! I'm Adam Gains from the UK. Childhood obesity is a major issue in my country and it's only getting worse. I should know. I was an overweight adolescent myself, and it caused countless problems for me in school (teasing) and with my health (high cholesterol at a young age). It took me a long time to learn how to eat healthy, exercise properly, and lose the weight. I want to help other children find the answers to good health while they're still young. To help them along, I created an app called On Your Mark. It allows children to gamify their fitness activities, by becoming either Hercules or Hygea, and working through daily skills and routines in the app. …

  16. I'm a tradie by day, but I've always wanted to start a business. Well, I've finally found my niche. After watching clients worry about affording my rates, and feeling the same way when I've been on the other side of the transaction, I decided to create a platform that I call Barter Up. It's an app that's used for bartering goods and services. Money is tight for lots of people right now, but we've all got tons of goods and talents that we can offer to trade. With my platform, you'll be able to barter all the way up to the top!

  17. Started by Go Green,

I'm Jack. I've created an app that allows companies to track their sustainability efforts. The app then turns the data into easy to understand, catchy reports that can be used for advertising and PR events. It's in the early stages. I've started targeting companies in Bristol, since the city is one of the greenest cities in the UK. People really seem to care about sustainability. Plus, with Labour being in office, I figure they might create some new green incentives as well. I haven't figured out how to monetize my app yet, unfortunately. I need a bit of help with that.
