Your Mission 2024 has been a big year for hyperexponential. Our profile is growing rapidly, and our customer base with it (including expanding into the US). The OoCEo has a broad remit, but essentially exists to ensure as a company weโre aligned on our strategy and goals, what we want to deliver, how we want to deliver, and how weโll hold ourselves to account against our high standards. Your mission will be to support the Chief of Staff, CEO, and Exec team as we deliver at pace, against a number of key responsibilities, harnessing / creating data systems and collateral that the CEO (and Exec team) uses to do his job - significantly increasing his productivity and leverage. Youโll take responsibility for strategically advancing prospects towards becoming customers Identify & deliver additional value to our customers: identify, map, and prioritise key customers and within the corporate & specialty insurance market. Work out how we engage with these people both on a day-to-day basis, as well as a long-term strategic basis Make sure we comply with the rules as efficiently as possible: draft contracts with our insurer customers which allow us to transact on their behalf. Youโll optimise this process and ensure we meet all regulatory and legal requirements in our customer contracts Take ownership of our marketing material and pitch decks: youโll be helping us create impactful and consistent brand collateral to deliver InsurXโs message to all of our stakeholders and customers Manage the details which often get missed: youโll challenge our objectives, ensure that our Commercial team sticks to agreed objectives, and take ownership of deciding which metrics we care about and how we best use our wealth of data capability in InsurX to monitor these Help us target our growth efforts: youโll work with our Ops and Data teams to dive into the data we produce in our Markets Insights platform. Youโll be distilling customer behaviours, market trends, and risk-trading best practices into actionable strategies Take care of the details: youโll be the lead on any new broker or insurer launches on our Exchange, and youโll need to work effectively across the InsurX teams to do this successfully Communicate effectively: youโll develop a good working relationship with all brokers and insurers trading through our Exchange platform InsurX builds insurance technology that enables brokers and carriers to trade risk instantly. Their first product, the InsurX Exchange, launched in early 2023, and enables the London insurance marketplace to trade smart-follow capacity faster, better, and at a lower cost via the use of InsurXโs algorithmic risk matching technology.
